Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make it your scheduled appointment, we would kindly and respectfully ask you to provide us at least 24 hours' notice for all reschedules and cancellations that way your retainer may be one-time transferred over to your new service date/time, not to surpass the month of the original appointment. Reschedules and cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in being charged 50% of the service(s) scheduled. No shows without notice will result in being charged a No-Show Fee of 100% of your service(s). Cards are placed on file for security of the business, and you agree to these policies once you book an appointment. All clients are allotted a 15 grace period, due to the current business location. After 15 minutes, a late fee of $25 will incurred. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, forfeiting your retainer. Please try to arrive in a timely manner, as it isn't fair to timely clients to follow.
RETAINERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
